Features · Remote hosts
Your servers, in the same workbench.
Add a Linux host with Tailscale SSH or the SSH access you already have. Its terminals, files and Git work sit beside your local sessions.
Tailscale SSH
you@build-serverBoth computers on your tailnet, with Tailscale SSH on: your username and the host's Tailscale name.
Standard SSH
you@server.example.comA hostname, IP address or SSH alias you can already reach, with your own keys and settings.
Add a remote host
File → Add Remote Host, then Set up with SSH.
Enter your destination
user@host or an SSH alias.
Connect
Set up & connect, then open a session on the host.
What it does.
- Your keys, your config
- Hostnames, IP addresses and SSH aliases work as they do in your terminal.
- Come back later
- A saved host reopens to its running sessions.
- Retry keeps your details
- If connecting fails, fix the host and retry. What you typed stays.
- Reachable hosts today
- Your device must reach the host, directly or over Tailscale. Reaching others is planned.
Start on this machine.
